Reston, VA – 13 November 2020 – Solerity is proud to announce a partnership with the U.S. Army to join the Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) Program, an enlistment option and recruiting initiative that prepares Army soldiers for their future after honorably serving our country.
The PaYS program helps service members with job placement after honorably separating from the military, matching them private companies and providing assistance with coordinating job applications, interviews, and site visits. As a PaYS partner, Solerity will work with Army Recruiters and Army National Guard Recruiters, and local ROTC programs that mentor Soldiers and newly commissioned Officers as they transition to private employment.
Since this unique program began in 2000, more than 800 employers have become partners to help our servicemen and servicewomen prepare for a career once they transition back to civilian life. Part of a long-term effort to partner with America’s business community and reconnect America with its Army, the PaYS program is available to both active duty, Army Reserve, and Army National Guard, encouraging business owners to look to the Army as a plentiful and reliable recruiting source.
