Tom has over 35 years of management and technical experience in the software development and information technology industries for the DoD and Intelligence Community, managing direct and indirect programs and offices, holding key technical positions on numerous systems engineering and software development projects, and being a lead and major contributor to various process improvement initiatives.

Tom is currently leading our Strategic Program Management Office Center of Excellence in addition to supporting our DIA customer. Tom previously served as the COO for Eagle Ray.  Tom was Vice President and Contracts Department Manager for BTG, Inc. Over his career, Tom has held a variety of senior program management and technical positions, leading the development and integration of complex Department of Defense and Federal Agency C4ISR systems.

Tom is an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, a Certified Project Management Professional, and he has a CIO Certificate in Federal Executive Competencies. His professional memberships include the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and the Project Management Institute (PMI). He was a member of the Leadership Fairfax Class of 2009. Tom holds an M.S. in Technology Management and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
