Shelley McHenry transitioned to Solerity from Eagle Ray, Inc. following the 2020 acquisition. As the Senior Vice President of Administration at Solerity, Ms. McHenry is responsible for designing and executing people-centric workforce solutions and recruitment strategies aligned with corporate-wide goals and initiatives.  She is a dynamic HR executive with more than 20 years of experience leading strategic initiatives, enhancing workforce capabilities, and driving employee engagement.

As Eagle Ray’s Chief Administration Officer, Ms. McHenry led their recruitment and employee loyalty strategies to ensure competitive total compensation packages, investing in human capital through continuing education in technologies and processes, and promoting a respectful, collegial work environment. Through her efforts, Eagle Ray experienced high employee satisfaction and low turnover rates.

Prior to Solerity, Ms. McHenry held increasingly senior roles at Raytheon, EDS and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC.) She has experience in employee engagement, total rewards, performance management, employee relations, recruiting, and leadership and organizational development. Ms. McHenry is a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
