Hap Barko oversees all contracts and related activities for Solerity and its wholly-owned subsidiaries.  A former Naval officer (Lieutenant Commander/Submarines), he earned his Juris Doctor in 1997 and has been engaged in increasingly significant contracts roles, primarily supporting DoD, security, and intelligence-related disciplines.  He brings over 25 years of experience to the Solerity Team.
